Discovery by design
Magazine spread featuring an article from Emigre magazine: “Discovery by design”.
Student project at the AUCB (Formerly AiB). The rationale for the lowbrow tone was to “appeal to a younger audience that wouldn’t necessarily seek out this type of article on their own”, or in other words misrepresent the content slightly by attaching unrelated visuals. It really was just a weak excuse to try my hand at the visually overpowering eyecandy-style that was so “street”.
